1. Live Plant Transit Guarantee

All plants shipped by Matir Katha are packaged in ventilated, shock-resistant boxes designed to protect root structures and foliage for up to 7 days. In the rare event of transit damage or plant distress, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos via WhatsApp for an immediate replacement or full refund.

2. GST & Tax Compliance

Matir Katha Agro Access Pvt. Ltd. operates under GSTIN: 19AATCM2877K1ZI. Under current post-GST 2.0 regulations, live bare plants (HSN 0602) and seeds (HSN 1209) are tax-exempt. Planters, fertilizers, and tools are invoiced with applicable CGST/SGST or IGST. Serialized tax invoices are automatically generated and emailed upon payment.

3. Payment Security

All online payments are securely processed through Cashfree Payments with end-to-end 256-bit encryption. We never store credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
